Peachy Props
Props are a great way to enhance your Pilates practice. They can add either more challenge or assistance to your exercises. I want Peachy Pilates to be accessible to everyone at home, so you’ll always here me give basic household items as alternatives to these props in your studio videos. I’ve put together a list of some of the items I love if you are looking to invest in some small Pilates equipment, enjoy!
Pilates Mat
Thick & squishy is a must to protect your spine in exercises like rolling like a ball.
Gliders
Gliding discs are such a great way to tone that peach! I especially recommend these if you are going to be working out on soft floor like carpet where a pair of socks won’t slide as well.
Small
Ball
I can’t say enough great things about the Bender Ball! The material is super sturdy, but flexible at the same time. I’ve noticed with other Pilates balls that they are often too hard and I don’t get as great of a workout. This thing is a core killer :)
Stretch
Band
These resistance bands will simulate the springs on larger Pilates equipment like the reformer. They take up so little space & can travel with you where ver you go, making them a perfect companion to your Peachy Pilates membership.
Ankle/
Wrist Weights
Add a little fire to any flow with these chic weights. I love these because they stretch enough to fit around your wrists or ankles and look cute enough to complement your latest workout set!

Grip Socks
Train barefoot but with the grip of a tennis shoe. I love wearing grip socks for standing workouts or when I want to feel a little more secure in my balance. And who doesn’t love the chance to add a cute 🍑 to their wardrobe?
